Review all existing references and check whether the check is for the same/different team ( =/ !=) or enemy/ally (use IsEnemy and IsFriendly). The new property is Team instead of team. Probably breaks ALL the existing addons.Multiple teams are now supported by BDA.If you get some funky named folder in the mod that doesn't have a twin folder in the KSP folder chances are that you don't need to copy that folder to the game folder. Most get put into the gamedata folder but your mod should have the same folders as the game does. Thats where the mods go, whenever you download a mod you then just match up contents of folders from the mod with the folders in your KSP folder. (you have to hold ALT for the Library option to showĭ) while holding "ALT" click on library that should open a window then look for (application support) and click itĮ) then find the Steam folder ,click, then steam apps ,click, then common folder ,click, then you should see the base Kerbal Space Program folder. FYI must be base menu bar with no other windows opened, base menu will look like this : Apple Logo Finder File Edit View Go Window HelpĬ) hold "alt" or "option" button and the "library" option should pop up about middle of the list. While this is a bit less than optimal in performance it does allow you to use the mods people wrote for Windows.Ī) hover over the "GO" in the upper left menu bar. SQUAD made KSP work on Mac by wrapping it inside one of the Wine variants. If it does then I move the contents of that inner GameData up one directory and delete it.īecause the DLL's, even though they are basically Windows software, are being run under Wine. What I usually do is extract it into GameData, and then look to see if my GameData now has an innner GameData underneath it. While some seem to leave the GameData off and expect you to extract it into gamedata, like this: About half seem to include the GameDarta in the path like this: Unfortunately there isn't much standardization between mod writers about how to package the folder paths in their ZIPs and RARs. (I don't remember if Macs come with a program by default that does RAR and ZIP but if not there should be free versions downloadable.) To install a mod, Unpack the RAR or ZIP file for the mod such that it ends up inside the GameData folder. Steamapps -> common -> Kerbal Space Program -> GameData

Once you find that Steam libary folder the rest of the path is the same as for Windows from there on down: This post will help you find where the folder is:

Supposedly they work the same as on Windows, but you just have to look in a different location for the KSP folder as the Mac version of Steam (I assume you bought KSP from Steam rather than directly from SQUAD if you're posting here) isn't in the same place.
